Available Region: UKThis module allows the older Multi Media Jukebox 20 to record video,
just like the DVR100 allows the AV100 and 300 series.
The capabilities of both Digital Recorder Modules are the same,
so a lot of the below text is repeated.
The JBM Digital Video Recorder allows you to record from video
source without having to go through the step of capturing that video
to a computer via a video capture card. You can plug your Jukebox
directly into a PAL TV, a SECAM TV, an NTSC standard TV via this
module and record directly to your jukebox. Most VCRs can record
from one of those sources, few can record from all of them.
TV is not the only Video input source that this Module can
record from. The JBM Digital Video Recording device also allows you to capture
video input directly from other possible input sources like VCRs (again, NTSC
PAL or SECAM standards) and you can also record directly from Camcorders.
Just plug in and record the video straight onto your AV Jukebox hard drive.
That's the unbelievably good side of the story. The downside (and
there is one small one) is that the recorded video size is at screen
size 340x240 pixels (PAL; 25 frames per second (FPS) ) or at screen
size 304 x 224 pixels (NTSC; 30 FPS). That may seem small, but in
truth it's about as big as the MMJB series can handle.
This Video Recording Adapter is not limited by copyright locked video sources,
such as some DVDs. International formats are no barrier either.
If you can play it on a TV then this little wonder is able to record.
Buy the DVR020 and the MMJB20 Base Unit together for only £310 (Money refunded after purchase).

Please note: this module does not work with the
AV100 or 300 series Jukeboxes.
